I presented 3 storytimes with a partner today, and we shared some of our favorites! The children were in three classes that came to the library from a local preschool, ranging in ages from 3-5. We had over 100 children and teachers if we add all of them together! We changed things up a bit each time to keep it interesting. The following is a combination of what we used:
Hello song: "My Hand Waves Hello"
Flannel board hides behind: pigs
Fingerplay: "Hickory, Dickory Dock"
Book: Can You Make a Scary Face? by Jan Thomas
Fingerplay: "Roll, Roll, Sugarbabies"
Mother Goose Rhyme: "There Was an Old Woman"
