3 Preschool Storytime Visits: Some Favorites!

I presented 3 storytimes with a partner today, and we shared some of our favorites!  The children were in three classes that came to the library from a local preschool, ranging in ages from 3-5.  We had over 100 children and teachers if we add all of them together!  We changed things up a bit each time to keep it interesting.  The following is a combination of what we used:

Today I presented an open storytime to children infant-age 5 and their parents/caregivers.  There were about 50 people there on this rainy Saturday for this farm[ish]-themed storytime!

I went out again to present 2 consecutive half-hour spring storytimes to children ages 3-5.  I presented a couple of different stories in each session; I'll just list everything here:

Preschool Storytime Visit: Springtime!

Today I visited an elementary school here in town that offers 2 preschool sessions a day--morning and afternoon.  I presented a half-hour storytime to each of them.  The following is a combination of both storytimes, both of which were spring-themed.

Preschool Storytime Visits: Spring!

Today I visited a daycare/preschool here in town. I presented 3 different storytimes; the first was for ages 1-2, the second for ages 4-5, and the third was for ages 2-3. Each lasted a half hour.  We all had a good time with these materials that celebrate spring!
