Hold two fists in front of you
One day, Cat wanted to have lunch with her friend Dog
Stick up thumb of right hand
She decided to go to his house.
To get there, she had to go up the hill and down the hill
Move fist up and down
And up the hill and down the hill
Move fist up and down
And then across the river
Move fist back and forth
And then up the hill and down the hillMove fist up and down
And up the hill and down the hill
Move fist up and down
And when she arrived at Dog's house, she knocked...
knock fists together
...but there was no answer!  Dog wasn't home, so she turned to head back.
She had to go up the hill and down the hill
Move fist up and down
And up the hill and down the hill
Move fist up and down
And then across the river
Move fist back and forth
And then up the hill and down the hill Move fist up and down
And up the hill and down the hill
Move fist up and down
And then she finally got home and had a delicious lunch.

The next day, Dog wanted to have lunch with Cat.

He decided to go to her house.

On the third day, Cat and Dog wanted to have lunch with each other, but they both left their houses at the same time!
Put up thumbs of both hands
They had to go up the hill and down the hill
Move both fists up and down
And up the hill and down the hill
Move fists up and down
And then to the river--and they met in the middle!
Move fist back and forth and then bump them together
"Oh, hello Dog," said Cat.  "Would you like to have lunch at my house?  I'm having tuna."
"Oh, hello, Cat," said Dog.  "Would you like to have lunch at my house?  I'm having steak."
Cat and Dog couldn't agree at whose house to eat lunch at, so they each decided to go back home for lunch.
They had to go up the hill and down the hill
Move both fists up and down
And up the hill and down the hill
Move fists up and down
And then they finally got home and had delicious lunches.
